BAKED PORK RIBS - AMERICAN STYLE
After my husband has begged I decided to do the PORK RIBS for him. The deal this time was that I cheated a bit... I used bottle sauce to marinade the ribs and as they always says; nothing like a homemade food... The sauce wasn't too bad, however not even compare to the sauce I make myself which I use brown sugar, plum sauce, tomato sauce and much more...mmm...Very yummy!!!
This was the sauce I bought today at Chinese store. It gave a very strong smoky flavor to the ribs (which I liked) but I was expecting to turn up a little more sweet... Nevermind, the ribs were vanished in the end anyway... The problem is that I still own my husband his "favorite" ribs # maybe next week #
