PINK FROSTED CUPCAKES

Today I went to a new sugarcraft supplier at Wetherill Park and it was like if a child was getting inside a huge "Toy Store"... I think my eyes were shining bright until the time I had to leave the store. I was fascinated with soo many things I could make... So many ideas... Inspired by my trip to "wonderland" I decided to make some icing and pipe on some basic vanilla cupcakes. I was so excited that I even didn't wait the cakes to cool down to pipe on them, so I paid the price: some icing was already melting... but still tasted very good... and soo smoooth... To jazz up my simple cupcake recipe, I just added some white chocolate inside each before bake them... It was yummy!!!
